Withdraw from contract

Here you can withdraw from a contract concluded via this website, in whole or in part, where you have a right of withdrawal (electronic withdrawal function under § 356a German Civil Code). There is no right of withdrawal for event tickets (§ 312g(2) no. 9 German Civil Code). Details are set out in the instructions on withdrawal in our terms and conditions (German).
