We recorded this album in Warsaw, bringing together our original compositions and our interpretation of the beloved Ukrainian song “Chornobryvtsi (Marigolds).” The album grew out of our friendship and the natural connection we found in music. We brought our individual experiences and ideas into a shared space, allowing each piece to unfold through trust, curiosity, and close listening. We invested a great deal of thought, time, energy, and personal resources in this recording. It carries something deeply personal from each of us, alongside the joy of discovering what we could create together.
