„Apolytrosis“ is the groundbreaking fusion of Latintronica, Folktronica and nostalgia. E-YARA is the musical creation of a cosmos all its own — a band pushing the boundaries of modern music. They experiment with merging different Latin American rhythms and European harmonies, building a completely new language on the basis of a unique set of instruments. Classical instruments are altered and complex electronic processes are used to create an orchestral, symphonic sound that defies categorization. Behind E-YARA stand Sven Hölscher and Lucas Dorado, two talents whose interplay yields an unmistakable sound. The EP gathers five pieces, including the title track „Apolytrosis“ featuring guest drummer Hendrik Havekost, alongside „Suyai“, „Tánana“, „Sho'on“ and „Yulu“. It was produced by Monojo and mastered by Bernhard Range. „Apolytrosis“ was released on 9 June 2023 on XJAZZ! Music — a symphonic journey that opens up a new sonic universe.
